To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations should be made through GlossGenius and followed up with a text to Bee.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you must text me directly, as GlossGenius will not allow cancellations during this period.
For cancellations made 24-48 hours before your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled price unless I am able to fill the appointment.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled price.
If you arrive unwell, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service.
Please note, unpaid cancellation fees will result in an inability to schedule future appointments.
Please send me a few pictures of your nail inspiration via text at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows me to prepare your design, ensure I have all the necessary supplies, and keep appointments running smoothly and on time. Please note that design consultation time is not included in the appointment. Remember, you are booking a time slot, and time spent deciding on a design will reduce the time available for creating your nail art.
If you’d like a price estimate for a specific design, feel free to ask ahead of time.
If you don’t send nail inspiration in advance, you are more than welcome to pick from my nail flash, previous designs, or sketchbook.
You are reserving my time, so if you change the level of art to something simpler, you are still financially responsible for the original time booked.
Running late to your appointment will affect your nail time. Please text me as soon as possible at 510-626-0380 and let me know what's going on—I’m here to help.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reduce the amount of time for art, and you’ll still be responsible for paying the full service that was originally booked.
If you’re more than 20 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full price.
Please keep in mind that running late may result in a simpler design, and you’ll still be responsible for the cost of the original appointment. I’ve reserved this time especially for you, and I’m looking forward to creating something beautiful together!
No shows without communication will not be tollerated.
100% of service fee will be charged and booking privledges will be revolked
Nail fixes within one week of your appointment are complimentary if the lift occurred on a completely healthy nail and not due to injury or a forced lift caused by misuse or neglect. After one week, fixes are $10 per nail (3 nail fixes max). If you need more than 3 nail fixes, you will be charged a $45 flat rate for the removal of any gel that must come off. A solid and healthy foundation is key for safe nails.
If you want to salvage your nail after a break or tear due to damage or injury, please add a fix to your next nail appointment. If additional time isn’t available, your art time may be reduced to accommodate the repair.
Please note that a maintenance appointment is recommended every 2-3 weeks. Passing this threshold jeopardizes nail health and retention, and you will be responsible for any nail repairs needed. If nail fixes aren't booked, art time will be adjusted accordingly. My main priority is safe, healthy nails. Artwork comes second.
All my first time clients must have bare nails to start services with me. I do not work over foreign work & I do not remove foreign work.
Because sanitation and health is my main priority, I will ask that you have a removal done with you previous artist before booking with me.
I am strictly a gel only artist. This means no acrylic, dip, etc.
Nail health is my number one priority. I will inspect your nails during our consult, to make sure that they are healthy and they are safe to be worked on. If I see that your nail health is poor or that there is a better option for you, I will communicate that with you and together we can decide what you best options are.
Keep in mind that thin, brittle, & torn nails from previous sets (or bad removals) will cause poor retention. Working over this type of nail will cause pop offs/lifting. You have the option to grow your nails out completely & start over or tough out the grow out process and deal with nail repairs at your maintenance appointments ,while you grow the brittle parts out.
